My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean but lacked some essential amenities like chairs, making it a bit inconvenient. The ongoing construction was a downside. However, the service was outstanding, with the staff being accommodating and offering compensations for inconveniences. The location was fantastic, close to various attractions and amenities, although the wait time for check-in was a bit bothersome. The dining options were simple but convenient, standing out as the highlight of my stay.
The hotel offers pretty decent rooms like any other Hilton Property, very comfortable with lovely beds and views. However, the location within the financial district may feel a bit like a concrete jungle, leading to some navigation challenges. Overall, a relaxing stay with good proximity to downtown attractions.
The hotel offers rooms at a very good price for downtown Toronto with slow plumbing but boasts a fantastic view of the CN Tower just a 15-minute walk away. The rooms are very spacious and provide a great city view, including a good view of the CN Tower.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The view of the CN Tower from both the bathroom and the bedroom was simply stunning. Even with the AC set to the coldest, the room stayed warm and cozy all night. The service was top-notch, with the manager being incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when arranging parking. The location was ideal, close to the subway, Queen West, and a plethora of fantastic shopping and dining options. The dining experience had a great selection of items but could use some improvement with more options. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and Ripley's Aquarium. The rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit a bit dated, with a partially obstructed view of the CN Tower and university blvd. The service was friendly and accommodating, although an initial valet parking charge issue was quickly resolved. The dining experience was satisfactory with standout Italian pasta. The hotel facilities are well-kept, offering a pleasant stay overall.
